You may notice an unusual odor coming from the material of the product. In this case, clean the product by following the steps below.
Remove the body from the bottle sling. For the stopper part, ensure that the spout is securely fixed in place. For the stopper unit, ensure that each gasket is securely fixed in place.
Pour hot water into the body and securely close the stopper part and lid, or stopper unit.
Hold the body and gently shake it several times to rinse the inside thoroughly.
CAUTION
Do not shake it excessively. Doing so may cause hot water to spray out, resulting in scalds.
When carrying the product, do not expose the product to excessive impacts. Even if the safety lock is set to “Lock”, the lid may open with an excessive impact.
When carrying by the lid handle, be careful not to turn the product in a direction that may cause the stopper part to loosen or to subject the product to strong vibration or impact. Make sure that the stopper part does not become loose. The body may fall off if the stopper part is loosened.
Do not use the bottle by hanging it with any metal fittings or strings attached to the handle on the lid. There is a risk of loosening the stopper part and dropping the body.
Do not keep the body sideways. It may cause the contents to leak.
When putting the product into a bag, place it standing up to prevent any possible leakage. Otherwise, the contents may leak.
Check that the large gasket and small gasket are attached to the inner stopper.
(K) Cup (L) Inner stopper
To improve the thermal retention performance, pour a small amount of hot/cold water into the body beforehand and let it sit for 1 or 2 minutes.
Discard the hot (or cold) water after preheating (or precooling).
Pour your hot/cold beverage into the body.
To avoid adding too much beverage, add it up to the position shown in the figure (slightly less than full).
Do not put large cubes of ice. Use small cubes or crushed ice.
Putting in ice causes the pressure inside the body to decrease, which can cause the gasket to come off when opening the inner stopper. If this occurs, reattach the gasket in its original position.
Be sure to wipe off any spillage on the outside of the body.
Due to the structure of the product, condensation may occur if cold beverages are put in it, generating water droplets on the stopper part.
When you add hot tea, the color of the tea may change. Please use a tea bag, etc., as the inner stopper may become clogged with tea leaves.
(L) Inner stopper
Place the body in an upright position and close the inner stopper and the cup.
Turn the inner stopper and the cup as far as they will go to securely close them. Then, check that these parts are securely closed.
To drink, remove the cup, press the open button, and then tilt the body to pour the beverage.
Do not shake the body.
Pour slowly without tilting the body.
(K) Cup (N) Open button
After pouring the beverage, be sure to place the body in an upright position, wait for 2 to 3 seconds, press the close button (on both ends), and then turn the cup as far as it will go to securely close it.
Shake off the "water drop" remaining inside the cup, wipe it well and close it.

CAUTION
Do not push the close button while tilting the body. Liquid remains in the inner stopper.
